Surf's (and Bottoms) Up has a baby blue holo base with aqua and rainbow iridescent glitter, and light blue holo micro glitter. It has a sandy, textured feel that can be worn as is or with a top coat to smooth it out. It's part of the Hurricane Party collection, inspired by the time-honored tropical tradition of welcoming a hurricane ashore by raising a glass and turning up the music (at least until the electricity goes off).
